    • Definitions
      1) “Company” refers to Unity Veda Wellness, having its registered office at Durgapur, West Bengal.
      2) “Distributor / Associate” means any individual registered with the company to promote and sell products.
      3) “Binary Plan” means a compensation structure consisting of two legs (Left & Right).
      4) “Products” refers to all wellness and related goods offered by the company.
    • Eligibility
      1) Applicant must be 18 years or above.
      2) Must submit valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details).
      3) Only one ID per individual is allowed unless approved by the company.
    • Nature of Business
      1)Unity Veda Wellness operates a product-based direct selling business.
      2) This is not an investment or money circulation scheme.
      3) Income depends on product sales and team performance, not on joining alone.
      4)The company does not guarantee fixed income.
    • Registration
      1) Registration is based on product purchase (optional starter kit if applicable).
      2) Each distributor will receive a unique ID and login credentials.
      3) Distributor ID is non-transferable and non-saleable.
    • Code of Conduct
      1) Distributors must maintain ethical and professional behavior.
      2) No false commitments, income exaggeration, or misleading promotions.
      3) Cross-promotion of other network marketing businesses within the team is prohibited.
      4) Must comply with Indian Direct Selling Rules, 2021.
    • Product Purchase & Sales
      1) Focus must be on genuine retail sales to customers.
      2) No compulsory stock purchase or inventory loading is required.
      3) All product sales must follow company billing procedures.
    • Binary Plan Structure
      1) Each distributor will maintain two legs: Left & Right.
      2) Income is generated through matching business volume.
      3) Unmatched volume may be carried forward as per company policy.
      4) Company reserves the right to modify or update the binary plan.
    • Income & Payout
      1) Income types may include:
      • Retail Profit
      • Direct Referral Bonus
      • Binary Matching Bonus
      • Monthly Field Allowance
      • Single Sponsorship Income
      • Turnover Sharing Pay
      • Promotional Rank and Reward
      2) Payout cycle: Daily / Weekly / Monthly (as decided by company).
      3) TDS and applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian law.
      4) Admin charges as per company rules.
      5) Minimum payout threshold may apply.
    • Refund & Buyback Policy
      1) Company offers a fair return policy in compliance with Indian laws.
      2) Unsold products may be returned within 30 days (if unused and in original condition).
      3) Refunds will be processed after necessary deductions.
    • Termination & Suspension
      1) Company may suspend or terminate ID in case of:
      • Fraud or misconduct
      • Policy violation
      • Legal non-compliance
      2) Distributor may terminate voluntarily by written request.
    • Independent Status
      1) Distributor is an independent contractor, not an employee.
      2) No employer-employee relationship exists.
    • Intellectual Property
      1) All branding, logos, and materials belong to Unity Veda Wellness.
      2) Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
    • Modification of Terms
      1) Company reserves the right to amend policies and compensation plan anytime.
      2) Updates will be shared through official communication channels.
    • Limitation of Liability
      1) Company is not responsible for:
      • Individual earnings expectations
      • Business losses due to personal decisions
      • Misrepresentation by distributors
    • Governing Law
      1) This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
      2) Jurisdiction: Durgapur, West Bengal courts.
    • Declaration & Acceptance
      By registering with Unity Veda Wellness, the distributor confirms that:
      • They have read and understood all terms
      • They agree to comply with company policies
      • They will operate ethically and legally
    • Age & Identity Declaration
      I confirm that I am 18 years or older and all information provided is true.
    • Aadhaar Usage Consent
      I allow the company to use my Aadhaar only for verification purposes.
    • Acceptance of Terms
      I have read and accepted all company policies.
    • Business Nature
      This is a herbal/health product business. I will work ethically.
    • No Income Guarantee
      Earnings depend on my efforts and sales.
    • Payment & Joining
      All fees and purchases are non-refundable.
    • Use of Company Brand
      I will not misuse company name or make false claims.
    • Legal Compliance
      I will follow all applicable laws.
    • Account Responsibility
      My login details are my responsibility.
    • Termination Rights
      Company can suspend account if rules are violated.
    • Confidentiality
      I will not share company data.
    • Data Protection
      Company will protect my data.
    • Modification of Terms
      Terms can be updated anytime.
    • Dispute Jurisdiction
      All disputes subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
